Adaptful Tech is led by founder and owner Randall “Randy” Schwartz, an attorney with 20 years of legal-practice experience. That background gives Randy a firsthand understanding of the confidentiality, accountability, and workflow demands facing law firms and other organizations that handle sensitive information.
He saw how smaller businesses often inherit technology rather than intentionally design it. Over time, that can lead to recurring problems, unclear responsibility, untested backups, fragmented vendors, and uncertainty about whether security measures are keeping pace with the business.
Adaptful Tech was built to offer a more deliberate approach. The team focuses on practical recommendations, proactive management, clear communication, and security decisions explained in business terms. LegalSecure IT applies that approach specifically to law firms, while SecureCore supports other professional-services firms and small to midsize businesses.
